چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش سرمایه اجتماعی و حمایت اجتماعی بر حکمرانی خوب مدیران و کارشناسان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان کرمان و خراسان جنوبی بود. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی– تحلیلی ازنوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه مدیران و کارشناسان اداره کل تربیت بدنی استان خراسان جنوبی و کرمان شامل 90 نفر بودند که بر روش نمونه گیری تمام شمار انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه ی سرمایه اجتماعی ناهاپیت و گوشال، پرسشنامه مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی شربورن و استوارت، پرسشنامه استاندارد حکمرانی خوب اردکانی استفاده گردید. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss و آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که وضعیت سرمایه اجتماعی ، حمایت اجتماعی و حکمرانی خوب در بین مدیران و کارشناسان دو استان از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار بود. همچنین یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن بود که سرمایه اجتماعی و حمایت اجتماعی می تواند بر حکمرانی خوب مدیران و کارشناسان موثر باشد. باتوجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر دو متغیر سرمایه اجتماعی و حمایت اجتماعی می توانند به عنوان دو عامل بهبود دهنده حکمرانی خوب در دستور کار مدیران قرار گیرد.Investigating the Role of Social Capital and Social Support on Good Governance of Managers and Experts General Sport and Youth Office
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of social capital and social support on the good governance of managers and experts of Kerman and South Khorasan provinces. This research was a descriptive-analytic correlation study. Statistical population of the study is all managers and experts of physical education department of Khorasan province and Kerman province. consisted of 90 individuals who were selected by the whole number sampling method. Data were collected using Nachapithe and Ghalal Social Capital Questionnaire, Sherbourne & Stuart Social Support Scale, Ardakani Good Governance Standard Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that the status of social capital, social support and good governance among managers and experts of the two provinces was favorable. The research findings also suggested that social capital and social support can be effective in the good governance of managers and experts. According to the results of the present study, two variables of social capital and social support can be considered as two factors that improve managers' good governance.
