چکیده
شناخت مسائل و مشکلات ورزش نیازمند نگاهی علمی، تجربی و توسعه ای است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، کاوش عوامل مؤثر در توسعه شطرنج ایران با رویکرد بین المللی بود. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده، روش زمینه یابی از نوع اکتشافی بود و اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از مطالعات اسنادی و مصاحبه با خبرگان به دست آمد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل اساتید دانشگاهی و اساتید مطرح شطرنج کشور با تخصص در زمینه شطرنج کشور در رده های مختلف و سطوح ملی و بین المللی بود. روش نمونه گیری به صورت نظری بود و ابزار تحقیق پروتکل مصاحبه با خبرگان تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری بود (۱۷مصاحبه با ۱۴ نفر) که از سه نفر از خبرگان دو مرتبه مصاحبه انجام پذیرفت. همچنین، پایایی مصاحبه ها از روش بازآزمون (۸۳/۰) به دست آمد. در مجموع، داده ها با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی شناسایی و دسته بندی شدند. به طور کلی، از میان ۲۲ کد باز، ۷ کد محوری و ۴ کد گزینشی، ۴ مفهوم اصلی توسعه شطرنج ایران با رویکرد بین المللی به دست آمد: پیاده سازی الگوی مطلوب توسعه، جهانی سازی، فناوری و دیپلماسی ورزشی. می توان گفت که توجه به عوامل فوق موجب توسعه و پیشرفت شطرنج در سطح بین المللی خواهد شد.Effective Factors in the Development of Chess in Iran: An International Approach
Understanding issues and problems of sport requires a scientific, experimental and developmental viewpoint. The study is to explore the effective factors in the development of chess in Iran with international approach. The used research method was survey and exploratory and the required information was obtained using documentary studies and interviews with experts. The statistical population of the study contained university professors with specialization in chess in different levels and national and international levels. The sampling method was theoretical and the interview protocol tool was used to reach the theoretical saturation with experts (17 interviews with 14 people). Also, the reliability of the interviews was obtained by re-test method (0/83). In total, the data were identified and categorized using open, pivot and selective coding, which includes 22 open codes, 7 pivot codes and 4 selective codes. In general, there were 4 main concepts of development of chess in Iran with international approach including implementing a desirable model of development, globalization, technology and sport diplomacy which attention to the above factors would lead to the development of chess in international level.
