چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ناتوانی پلیس حرفه ای در پاسخگویی به حفظ نظم و امنیت جامعه و افزایش روز افزون جرائم با عنایت به افزایش جمعیت و افزایش مطالبات مردمی در جهان سبب شد تا از دهه هفتاد میلادی دوره جدیدی با عنوان پلیس اجتماع محور یا انجام امور پلیسی با مشارکت مردم آغاز شود بر این اساس تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی هدف بررسی نقش تعامل پلیس و معتمدین محل در پیشگیری از وقوع جرم (مورد مطالعه: شهر ایلام) می باشد. روش تحقیق: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه کلیه معتمدین در شهر ایلام که با نیروی انتظامی همکاری مستقیم و داوطلبانه دارند و در نهاد کمک های مردمی نیروی انتظامی مشارکت می کنند می باشد. این افراد از طریق کلانتریها و پاسگاهها (کوپ) شناسایی شدند، که با توجه به نمونه گیری انجام شده تعداد 105 نفر برای پاسخ به سوالات پرسشنامه انتخاب شدند. برای نمونه گیری در این پژوهش از روش گلوله برفی استفاده شده است همچنین برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گردیده است. که به منظور استاندارد بودن پرسشنامه ابتدا روایی آن به تایید اساتید رسیده و سپس پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ سنجیده شده است که مقدار آن برابر با 869/0 می باشد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات جمع آوری شده از روش آماری آزمون همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شده است یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از آمار توصیفی پرسشنامه ها نشان می دهد که میزان تاثیر نقش تعامل پلیس و معتمدین در پیشگیری از وقوع جرم (مورد مطالعه شهر ایلام ) در بحث آموزش معتمدین 368/0و در بحث اقتصادی 487/ 0و در میانجیگری 398/0بوده است. نتیجه گیری: نتیجه کلی این پژوهش بیانگر این است که می توان با برنامه ریزی و تعیین نقش مناسب آموزشی، اقتصادی و میانجیگری برای معتمدین در راستای تامین نظم و امنیت و پیشگیری از وقوع جرم موفق عمل نمود و بررسی نقش تعامل پلیس و معتمدین در راستای پیشگیری از وقوع جرم مثبت ارزیابی شده است.Providing a model of the interactive roles of the police and local trustees in crime prevention (Case study: Ilam province)
Background and purpose: The inability of the professional police to respond to the maintenance of order and security of the society and the increasing number of crimes due to the increase in the population and the increase in the demands of the people in the world caused a new era called community-oriented policing or doing police work since the 1970s. It should be started with the participation of the people. Based on this, the present research aims to investigate the role of the police and local trustees in preventing crime (case study: Ilam city).Research method: This research is descriptive-correlation and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the present study includes all the trustees in Ilam city who have direct and voluntary cooperation with the police force and participate in the public assistance organization of the police force. These people were identified through police stations and outposts (COP), and according to the sampling, 105 people were selected to answer the questions of the questionnaire. The snowball method was used for sampling in this research, and a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information. In order to standardize the questionnaire, first its validity was approved by the professors and then its reliability was measured using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which is equal to 0.869. In order to analyze the collected data, the statistical method of Pearson correlation test was usedFindings: The results of the descriptive statistics of the questionnaires show that the impact of the role of the police and trustees in preventing crime (case study of Ilam city) was 0.368 in the discussion of the education of the trustees, 0.487 in the economic discussion, and 0.398 in mediation. isConclusion: The general result of this research shows that it is possible to succeed by planning and determining the appropriate educational, economic and mediation role for trustees in order to ensure order and security and prevent the occurrence of crime.
