نقش تعدیلگر کارشفیتگی کارورزان بر رابطه بین برنامه درسی پنهان و اخلاق حرفه ای: مطالعه موردی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد

چکیده
شکل گیری اخلاق حرف ه ای تح ت تأثیر عواملی مثل برنامه درسی پنهان و تعدیلگر کارشیفتگی است که به طور ضمنی و غیر تعمدی از طریق س اختارها، فرهن گ س ازمانی و تع املات قابل انتقال است. از این رو، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین برنامه درسی پنهان و اخلاق حرفه ای با توجه به نقش تعدیلگر کارشیفتگی در کارورزان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام شد. جامعه این پژوهش کارورزان پزشکی دانشکده پزشکی مشهد در سال 1402 می باشند. حجم نمونه تعداد 180 نفر تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین برنامه درسی پنهان و اخلاق حرفه ای در کارورزان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد رابطه وجود دارد و تعدیل گری کارشیفتگی در رابطه بین برنامه درسی پنهان و اخلاق حرفه ای در کارورزان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد مؤثر بود. با توجه به نتایج به نظر می رسد برنامه درسی پنهان می تواند تأثیرات خود را به صورت مثبت و منفی در ابعاد مختلف علمی، تربیتی و عملکردی ایفا نماید. بنابراین، لزوم توجه به ابعاد پنهان برنامه درسی در کنار توجه به بُعد رسمی آن ضرورت داشته و می توان بیان نمود که در اولویت ارزش گذاری و توجه قرار می گیرد.The moderating role of Karozan's research on the relationship between hidden curriculum and professional ethics: a case study of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences
The formation of professional ethics is under the influence of factors such as the hidden curriculum and the modifier of passion, which can be transmitted implicitly and unintentionally through structures, organizational culture, and interactions. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between hidden curriculum and professional ethics with regard to the role of the moderator of professional interest in interns of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. The research community of this study are the medical interns of Mashhad Medical School in 1402. The sample size was determined to be 180 people. The research results showed that there is a relationship between the hidden curriculum and professional ethics in the interns of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, and the moderation of professional interest is effective in the relationship between the hidden curriculum and professional ethics in the interns of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. According to the results, it seems that the hidden curriculum can have positive and negative effects in different scientific, educational and functional dimensions. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the hidden aspects of the curriculum in addition to paying attention to its formal dimension, and it can be said that it is given priority in valuing and paying attention.
