بررسی رابطه فشارهای اقتصادی و به کارگیری استراتژی های دوسوتوان در مواجهه با چالش های شناختی شرکت های دانش بنیان حوزه زیست فناوری (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش کاربردی، بررسی نقش دوسوتوانی در شرکت های دانش بنیان حوزه زیست فناوری در مواجهه استراتژیک پارادوکس ها و چالش های شناختی سازمانی با رویکرد پژوهش های همبستگی است. برای توزیع پرسش نامه محقق ساخته از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و مبتنی بر طیف لیکرت و بررسی بدون واسطه در گردآوری داده های پژوهش استفاده شده است. نمونه آماری شامل 216 شرکت دانش بنیان در حوزه زیست فناوری کشور است که از میان عوامل محیطی متعدد به بررسی مؤلفه اقتصادی در تقسیم بندی چالش ها و پارادوکس های موجود، نقطه نظرات ایشان در سال 1402 مورد بررسی و پژوهش قرار گرفت. بر همین اساس، رابطه به دست آمده فشارهای اقتصادی و به کارگیری استراتژی های دوسوتوان در مواجهه با پارادوکس ها و چالش های شناختی شرکت های دانش بنیان حوزه زیست فناوری و نتایج الگوریتم تحلیل داده ها بر پایه اعتباریابی محتوایی، گواه بر روایی ابزار سنجش و ضریب حدود 92 درصد کرونباخ (۰٫۹α ≥ )، پایایی مقیاس لیکرت، همبستگی مثبت و معناداری پارادایم های مذکور را نشان می دهد. بنابراین، عوامل اثرگذار محیطی از منظر رواداری مؤلفه های اقتصادی با اتکاء بر مفاهیم دوسوتوان در کاهش یا افزایش چالش ها در شناخت بهتر و تقلیل سطح دوگانگی در رفع مسائل و پیچیدگی های سازمانی نقش بسزایی دارد.Investigating the relationship between economic pressures and the use of ambidexterity strategies in facing the cognitive challenges of biotechnology knowledge enterprises
The purpose of this applied research is to investigate the role of ambivalence in biotechnology knowledge enterprises in the strategic confrontation of paradoxes and organizational cognitive challenges with the approach of correlational research. For the distribution of the questionnaire made by the researcher, a purposeful sampling method based on the Likert scale and unmediated survey was used in the collection of research data. The statistical population includes 216 knowledge enterprise active in the biotechnology field, among the many environmental factors, the economic component in the division of existing challenges and paradoxes, their points of view were investigated and researched in 2023. Based on this, the obtained relationship between economic pressures and the use of two-way strategies in facing the paradoxes and cognitive challenges of complex environmental organizations and the results of the data analysis algorithm based on content validation, prove the validity of the measurement tool and the Cronbach's coefficient of about 92% (α ≥ 0.9), the reliability of the Likert scale shows the positive and significant correlation of the mentioned paradigms. Therefore, environmental influencing factors from the point of view of tolerance of economic components by relying on ambidextrous concepts play a significant role in reducing or increasing challenges in better understanding and reducing the level of duality in solving organizational problems and complexities.
