چکیده
سرزمین اوکراین از مهمترین مناطق استراتژیک جهان بویژه منطقه اوراسیا و شرق اروپا می باشد،که بعد از فروپاشی شوروی به میدان منازعه ورقابت مهمترین قطب های قدرت جهانی بویژه ایالات متحده آمریکا و روسیه تبدیل شده است. در همین راستا این پژوهش با هدف «بررسی جایگاه کشور اوکراین در صحنه ژئوپولتیک جهانی» و براساس چارچوب نظری رویکرد ترکیبی نظریه ژئوپولتیک «هارتلند جهان» سرهالفورد مکیندر و رویکرد نظری واقع گرایی تدافعی بویژه نظریه « موازنه تهدید « استفان والت و با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی به بررسی استرانژی های ایالات متحده و روسیه جهت تسلط بر کشور اوکراین طی سالهای 2014 -2024 می پردازد. یافته های این پژوهش بیانگر این است که بعد از انقلاب نارنجی2024 و تحولات« انقلاب میدان» 2014 سبب شده غرب گرایان از طریق نافرمانی های مدنی قدرت را بصورت مطلق بدست بگیرند این مسئله باعث احساس تهدید ، افزایش نگرانی ها و خصومت ها توسط روسها و در نهایت اشغال شبه جزیره کریمه و جنگ تمام عیار بین دو کشور در سال 2022 گردید که در نتیجه جبهه اروپایی و آمریکایی پشتیبانی لجستیک اوکراین را در تقابل با روسها بدست گرفت و هر دو کشور به زعم خود به دنبال تسلط مطلق بر اوکراین به عنوان« کلید هارتلند جهانی » یعنی شرق اروپا می باشندA study of the geopolitical competition between Russia and the United States during 2014-2024
The territory of Ukraine is one of the most important strategic regions of the world, especially the Eurasian and Eastern European regions, which after the collapse of the Soviet Union has become a field of conflict and competition between the most important poles of global power, especially the United States and Russia. In this regard, this research aims to "examine the position of Ukraine in the global geopolitical scene" and based on the theoretical framework of the combined approach of Sir Halford Mackinder's geopolitical theory of the "Heartland of the World" and the theoretical approach of defensive realism, especially Stephen Walt's "Balance of Threat" theory, and with a descriptive and analytical method, examines the strategies of the United States and Russia to dominate Ukraine during the years 2014-2024. The findings of this study indicate that after the Orange Revolution of 2024 and the developments of the "Maidan Revolution" of 2014, Westerners seized absolute power through civil disobedience. This led to a sense of threat, increased concerns and hostility by the Russians, and ultimately the occupation of the Crimean Peninsula and a full-scale war between the two countries in 2022. As a result, the European and American fronts took over Ukraine's logistical support in confrontation with the Russians, and both countries, in their opinion, are seeking absolute dominance over Ukraine as the "key to the global heartland," that is, Eastern Europe.
