ارزیابی مکان گزینی سایت های نظامی شهرستان کبودراهنگ با بکارگیری روش های AHP-Fuzzy و GIS (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
مکان یابی دقیق و بهینه انواع تاسیسات و کاربری ها به امری ضروری و انکارناپذیر تبدیل شده است. در ایجاد و احداث سایت های نظامی باید کلیه عوامل اعم از طبیعی و انسانی مدنظر قرارگیرد تا با یک برنامه ریزی بلندمدت از صرف هزینه های بی مورد و اتلاف نیرو، سرمایه و زمان جلوگیری نمود .شهرستان مورد مطالعه بدلیل موقعیت استراتژیک جغرافیایی خویش ظرفیت های بسیاری را در زمینه توسعه کشاورزی، گردشگری و از جمله ایجاد مراکز نظامی دارا می باشد. پژوهش حاضر جهت بررسی معیارهای تاثیرگذار در مکان گزینی سایت های نظامی استان در شهرستان کبودراهنگ است که نتایج آن می تواند به تحقیقات دامنه دار و علمی سایر پژوهشگران عرصه های نظامی و ژئوپلیتیک کمک شایانی نماید؛ روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی با بکارگیری ترکیبی مدل های تصمیم گیری تحلیل سلسله مراتبی Fuzzy-AHP در محیط سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی و استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای از جمله مقالات علمی-پژوهشی صورت گرفته در این زمینه و تحقیقات میدانی نگارندگان می باشد. نتایج حاصله پس از تشکیل مقایسات زوجی و محاسبه اوزان فازی و نرمال و بدست آوردن وزن نهایی زیرمعیارها، حاکی از تاثیرگذاری بالای زیرمعیارهایی چون توپوگرافی با وزن 236/0 ، وجودزمین کافی برای گسترش با وزن 213/0 و اتکاء به عوارض طبیعی با وزن 187/0 در انتخاب مناسب ترین مکان جهت استقرار سایت های نظامی مورد مطالعه بود که لازم است دست اندرکاران ذیربط در برنامه ریزی های آتی موارد مذکور را لحاظ نمایند.Evaluating the location of military sites in Kabodarahang Township by application of AHP-Fuzzy methods and GIS
Accurate and optimal location of all types of facilities and uses has become a necessary and undeniable matter. In the creation and construction of military sites, all factors, both natural and human, should be taken into account in order to prevent unnecessary expenses and waste of manpower, capital and time with a long-term planning. It has many achievements in the field of agricultural development, tourism, including the creation of military centers. The current research is to investigate the effective criteria in choosing the location of the military sites of the province in Kabudarahang city, the results of which can be of great help to the extensive and scientific research of other researchers in the military and geopolitical fields; The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical with the combined use of Fuzzy-AHP hierarchical analysis decision-making models in the geographic information system environment and the use of library resources including scientific-research articles in this field and research It is the field of writers. The results obtained after forming pairwise comparisons and calculating the fuzzy and normal weights and obtaining the final weight of the sub-criteria indicate the high influence of the sub-criteria such as topography with a weight of 0.236, the existence of enough land for expansion with a weight of 0.213 and reliance on natural effects with a weight of 0.187 in choosing the most appropriate place for the establishment of military sites, it was studied that it is necessary for the relevant stakeholders to consider the mentioned items in the future planning.
