چکیده
در نظام اقتصادی ایران، بانک ها و مؤسسات مالی و اعتباری نقش مهمی در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی دارند. بانک ها و مؤسسات مالی و اعتباری برای تحقق اهداف مهم مذکور با چالش ها و موانع متعددی روبرو هستند. بر این اساس، هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و ارزیابی چالش ها و موانع سیستم بانکی با روش تحلیل تم می باشد. پژوهش حاضر با روش کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل تم انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، خبرگان بانکی و اقتصادی استان کردستان می باشد. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان گردآوری شد و تا زمان دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند طبقه ای و گلوله برفی برای انتخاب خبرگان استفاده شد. پس از برگزاری 12 مصاحبه، اشباع نظری محرز شد. به اعتقاد خبرگان چالش های اصلی نظام بانکی در استان کردستان شامل سه بخش چالش های محیط اقتصادی استان، چالش های محیط کلان اقتصادی کشور و چالش های محیط بانکی استان می باشد. برای رفع چالش های نظام بانکی استان کردستان، بهبود فضای کسب و کار استان، تخصیص منابع ملی بیشتر به بانک های استان و توجیه مدیران بانک های استان نسبت به اعطای تسهیلات بیشتر و آسان به بنگاه های اقتصادی ضروری است.A Thematic Analysis of the Banking System's Challenges in Kurdistan Province
Objective: In Iran's economic system, banks and financial and credit institutions play an important role in economic growth and development. Based on this, the aim of this research is to identify and evaluate the challenges and obstacles of the banking system with the method of theme analysis. Method: The present research was conducted with a qualitative method using the theme analysis method. The statistical population of the research was banking and economic experts of Kurdistan province. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with experts and continued until reaching theoretical saturation. Stratified and snowball sampling methods were used to select experts. After conducting 12 interviews, theoretical saturation was determined Findings: According to the experts, the challenges of the banking system of Kurdistan province included three parts: the challenges of the economic environment of Kurdistan province, the challenges of the macroeconomic environment of the country, and the challenges of the banking environment of Kurdistan province. Conclusion: , it is necessary to improve the business environment of the province, allocate more national resources to the banks of the province and justify the managers of the banks of the province to grant more and easy facilities to economic enterprises.
