چکیده
بررسی ابعاد گوناگون حقوق و وظایف متقابل مردم و حکومت در اندیشه اسلامی، از دغدغه های اندیشمندان اسلامی است. وظیفه دولت در عرصه اخلاق و وظیفه مندی جامعه، از مسائل موردتوجه ادوار اندیشه بوده است. اسلام، تربیت اخلاقی جامعه را از وظایف حاکمان دانسته، به فرهنگ با رویکرد اخلاق محوری اهمیت درجه اول داده است. هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی دلایل درون دینی مسئولیت حکومت دینی در اخلاق بود. روش: پژوهش با روش کتابخانه ای، ضمن تحلیل مبانی منکران به شیوه عقلی استدلالی، به بیان مبانی موافقان باتکیه بر روش نقلی و استنباط از آیات و روایات پرداخت. یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: مهم ترین مبانی به دست آمده از تحلیل دیدگاه مخالفان، طرفداری از جامعه مدنی به معنای نوین، سکولاریسم، فردگرایی، استقلال در قانون گذاری و... بود. در مقابل، موافقان بر مسئولیت اخلاقی حکومت دینی به عنوان ابزار رسیدن جامعه به سعادت و نیز مؤلفه های امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، اقامه عدل، تزکیه اخلاقی جامعه و... تأکید کرده اند."The religious government's duty to promote morality"
"The intricate interplay of rights and responsibilities between the people and the government has been a perennial concern for Islamic scholars. The role of the state in shaping morality and the corresponding obligations of society have been enduring topics of intellectual discourse. Islam has unequivocally assigned the task of moral education to rulers and has accorded paramount importance to a culture grounded in ethical principles.Objective: This research aims to investigate the intrinsic, theologically-based reasons underlying the moral responsibility of an Islamic government.Methodology: Employing a library-based approach, this study delves into the foundations of both proponents and opponents. While rationally analyzing the arguments of those who oppose the notion, it substantiates the views of proponents by citing and interpreting relevant Quranic verses and hadiths.Findings and Conclusion: Key arguments from opponents include advocacy for a modern concept of civil society, secularism, individualism, and legislative independence. Conversely, proponents emphasize the moral responsibility of an Islamic government as instrumental in achieving societal well-being and highlight such components as the injunction to do good and forbid evil, the establishment of justice, and the moral purification of society."
