چکیده
کسب و کارهای دانش بنیان امروزه در دو بعد تولید علم و توسعه اقتصاد مبتنی بر دانش حائز اهمیت هستند. شرایط خاص این کسب و کارها از جمله نوپا بودن، خلاقیت محوری، ارتباط با سایر سازمان ها و استفاده از ظرفیت های گوناگون موجب شده است چالش های مرتبط با این مقوله بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گیرد. هدف از این مقاله ارائه مدل ساختاری تفسیری برای چالش های کسب و کارهای دانش بنیان دریایی است که نه در مرحله شکل گیری بلکه در مرحله بلوغ ساختاری و ارتباطی هستند. در این پژوهش برای احصاء معیارهای مربوط به سازمان فرابروکراتیک دانش بنیان دریایی از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مرور ادبیات استفاده شد و جهت شناسایی موانع و چالش ها که متغیرهای اصلی پژوهش هستند، از ابزار پرسشنامه و رویکرد تحلیل محتوا بهره گیری شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش 11 نفر از متخصصان و کارشناسان در حوزه فناوری های دریایی هستند که نظرات آن ها با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی جمع آوری و با تلفیق رویکرد تحقیق در عملیات نرم و منطق فازی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. منطق فازی به میزان و شدت رابطه بین عناصر با توجه به نظرات خبرگان توجه داشته و سبب اعتبار بیشتر مدل نهایی می شود. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، چالش های "مدیریت مبتنی بر روابط باز و اعتماد بالا" و " روحیه توفیق طلبی، ایده آل گرایی و تعالی جویانه سرمایه انسانی" در سطح یک مدل قرار گرفته و همواره تأثیرگذار و دارای قدرت نفوذ بالایی می باشند.Modeling the processes and challenges of maritime knowledge-based business using fuzzy ISM
Today, knowledge-based businesses are important in the two dimensions of science production and knowledge-based economy development. The special conditions of these businesses, such as being new, focused on creativity, communication with other organizations, and the use of various capacities, have caused the challenges related to this category to be given more attention. The purpose of this article is to provide an interpretative structural model for the challenges of marine knowledge-based businesses that are not in the formation stage but in the structural and communication maturity stage. In this research, library studies and literature review were used to calculate the criteria related to maritime knowledge-based trans-bureaucratic organization, and in order to identify the obstacles and challenges that are the main variables of the research, the questionnaire tool and the content analysis approach were used. . The statistical population of the research is 11 specialists and experts in the field of marine technologies, whose opinions have been collected using the Delphi technique and analyzed by combining the research approach in soft operations and fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic pays attention to the degree and intensity of the relationship between elements according to the opinions of experts and makes the final model more valid.
