چکیده
ازاواخرقرن بیستم، فناوری های اطلاعاتی به طورغالب مورداستفاده قرارگرفته اندوبا تأثیرگذاری برتمامی فرآیندهاوعملیات اساسی، جریان های کاری که پیش ازاین وجودنداشتندرابرجسته کرده اند. سال 2020 ازنظرهوش مصنوعی یک نقطه عطف در نظر گرفته می شود، زیرامدل های مهمی که به هوش عمومی مصنوعی می انجامد،درآن سال منتشرشده است. دلیل این امر، انتظاربرای نقش فعال هوش مصنوعی درفرآیندهای تجاری تقریباًتمامی نهادهاباتوسعه این فناوری است. انقلاب هادرصنعت و فناوری های اطلاعاتی تأثیرمالی برهر جنبه اززندگی اجتماعی دارند. پیش بینی می شود که هوش مصنوعی نیزآثار مشابه و گسترده ای داشته باشد.درنقطه ای که هوش مصنوعی به آن رسیده است، هنوزدرسطحی نیست که بتواندباهوش وپیچیدگی انسانی رقابت کند. از سوی دیگر، موفقیت کاربردهایی که از هوش مصنوعی استفاده می کنند، نشان می دهد که هوش مصنوعی پتانسیل تأثیرگذاری برنهادهاو سازمان ها را در آینده دارد. مفهوم اقتصاد جهانی جدید، یک ساختار تعاملی را بیان می کند که شامل آزادسازی تجاری، فناوری اطلاعات و انقلاب ارتباطات در اقتصاد قرن بیست و یکم است. واضح است که تجارت یکی از مهمترین عناصر اقتصاد را در هر عصری شکل داده است. فناوری های اطلاعات و ارتباطات در اقتصاد جهانی جدید، عناصری هستند که با دوره های قبلی متفاوت می باشند. مهمترین بازتاب های این عنصر در اقتصاد، بیت کوین ها و بلاکچین ها هستند. بیت کوین که مبتنی بر اینترنت است و توسط بانک مرکزی هیچ کشوری منتشر نمی شود، یکی از موضوعات بحث برانگیز در اقتصاد جهانی جدید محسوب می شود. بنابراین،آشکارکردن تأثیرات فناوری اطلاعات وارتباطات وبه طورخاص تر هوش مصنوعی دراقتصاد جهانی جدید،اهمیت دارد.An analysis of the new global economy based on the effects of artificial intelligence
Since the late 20th century, information technologies have been used extensively, influencing all basic processes and operations, highlighting workflows that did not exist before. The year 2020 is considered a turning point in terms of artificial intelligence, as important models leading to artificial general intelligence were published in that year. The reason for this is the expectation of an active role of artificial intelligence in the business processes of almost all institutions with the development of this technology. Revolutions in industry and information technologies have a financial impact on every aspect of social life. Artificial intelligence is expected to have similar and widespread effects. At the point where artificial intelligence has reached, it is not yet at a level that can compete with human intelligence and complexity. On the other hand, the success of applications that use artificial intelligence shows that artificial intelligence has the potential to impact projects and organizations in the future. The concept of the new world economy expresses an interactive structure that includes trade liberalization, information technology and the communication revolution in the economy of the 21st century. It is clear that trade has shaped one of the most important elements of the economy in every era. Information and communication technologies in the new world economy are elements that are different from previous periods. The most important reflections of this element in the economy are bitcoins and blockchains. Bitcoin, which is based on the Internet and is not issued by the central bank of any country, is one of the controversial topics in the new world economy. Therefore, it is important to reveal the effects of information and communication technology, and more specifically artificial intelligence, in the new world economy.
