مطالعه نقش پایداری حمل و نقل شهری در دو بعد پایداری اجتماعی و پایداری زیست محیطی در کاهش مشکلات شهری

چکیده
روند سریع توسعه شهرنشینی منجر به افزایش تقاضا برای زیرساخت ها نظیر تأمین آب آشامیدنی، شبکه برق و ایجاد امکانات حمل و نقل و .... گردیده است. عدم کفایت سیستم موجود یا مدیریت های موازی در بخش مدیریت ترافیک شهری موجب افزایش فاصله بین تقاضا و عرضه امکانات حمل و نقل گردیده است . از تبعات سیستم حمل و نقل ناپایدار در مناطق شهری ورور به مرزهای تهدید سلامت انسانی می باشد. در نتیجه لزوم توجه به برنامهریزی و مدیریت شهری، مطرح شد. هدف این مقاله، بررسی نقش و اهمیت توسعه پایداری حمل و نقل شهری در جهت کاهش مشکلات شهری و به تبع آن ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی شهری میباشد. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش بررسی به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی میباشدو از ابزار مصاحبه و پرسشامه در راستای اهاف تحقیق استفاده شده است همچنین از طریق داده های آماری اسناد و مدارک موجود در ادارات و سازمان های مربوطه جمع آوری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفته است.نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل آماری نشان داد بین پایداری حمل و نقل شهری و بعد زیست محیطی رابطه تنگاتنگی وجود دارد همچنین بین پایداری حمل و نقل شهری و بعد اجتماعی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.در نهایت چنین نتیجهگیری میشود که با برنامهریزی براساس شناخت فضای شهری ، می توان زمینه ایجاد توسعه مناسب شهرها و آسایش شهروندان را فراهم کرد.متن
Studying the role of urban transportation sustainability in two dimensions of social sustainability and environmental sustainability in reducing urban problems
The rapid development of urbanization has led to an increase in demand for infrastructure such as drinking water supply, electricity grid and the creation of transportation facilities, etc. The inadequacy of the existing system or parallel management in the urban traffic management sector has increased the gap between demand and supply of transportation facilities. The consequences of an unsustainable transportation system in urban areas are bordering on threatening human health. As a result, the need to pay attention to urban planning and management was raised. The purpose of this article is to examine the role and importance of developing sustainable urban transportation in order to reduce urban problems and consequently improve the quality of urban life. The type of research is applied and the research method is descriptive and analytical, and interview and questionnaire tools have been used in line with the research objectives. It has also been collected and analyzed through statistical data and documents available in relevant departments and organizations. The results of statistical analysis showed that there is a close relationship between urban transportation sustainability and the environmental dimension. There is also a significant relationship between urban transportation sustainability and the social dimension. Finally, it is concluded that by planning based on understanding the urban space, it is possible to create the basis for the proper development of cities and the comfort of citizens.
