سنجش کیفیت مجتمع های مسکن مهر شهراردبیل از دیدگاه ساکنین

چکیده
پروژه مسکن مهر از بزرگ ترین طرح ها می باشد که به علت گستردگی این طرح نیاز به بررسی نتایج حاصل از این تجربه دارد. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی کیفیت مجتمع های مسکن مهر شهراردبیل گامی جهت برنامه ریزی مطلوب طرح ملی مسکن می باشد پژوهش حاضر از نظر ماهیت کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی، تحلیلی و پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش ساکنین مجتمع های مسکن مهر شهراردبیل می باشد. به منظور ارزیابی و اولویت بندی مجتمع های مورد مطالعه از 8 سنجه (تسهیلات و خدمات، کالبدی، اجتماعی، روشنایی و تهویه، آلودگی، دسترسی، محیطی، اقتصادی) بهره برده شد. در این خصوص سایت های هدف با استفاده مدل PROMETHEE اولویت بندی گردیده است. یافته ها نشان داد مسکن مهر ولیعصر (شام اسبی) با کسب امتیاز 0.430 در رتبه نخست و در وضعیت مطلوب قرار گرفته است. در مقابل مسکن مهر میراشرف با کسب امتیاز 0.308- در رتبه آخر و در وضعیت بسیار نامطلوب قرار گرفته است. مسکن مهر پیله سحران نیز با کسب امتیاز0.320 در رتبه دوم قرار گرفته که گویای وضعیت نسبتا مطلوب این مجتمع می باشد. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر این امر می باشد که در برنامه ریزی، ساخت و اجرای مجتمع های مسکن مهر جنبه های کمی و پروژه ای از کیفیت آن پیشی گرفته است. لذا امید است در طرح مسکن ملی این نواقص مرتفع گردد.Assessing the quality of Mehr Ardabil city housing complexes
The Mehr housing project is one of the biggest projects, and due to the extent of this project, it is necessary to examine the results of this experience. Therefore, the purpose of the current research is to evaluate the quality of Mehr ardabil city housing complexes, a step towards the optimal planning of the national housing plan. The statistical population of the research is the residents of Mehr housing complexes in Ardabil city. In order to evaluate and prioritize the studied complexes, 8 parameters (facilities and services, physical, social, lighting and ventilation, pollution, access, environmental, economic) were used. In this regard, the target sites have been prioritized using the PROMETHEE model. The findings showed that Mehr Waliasr Housing (Sham Esbi) is in the first place with a score of 0.430 and is in a good condition. On the other hand, Mehr Mirasharf housing is in the last place with a score of -0.308 and is in a very unfavorable situation. Mehr Pileh Saharan Housing is ranked second with a score of 0.320, which shows the relatively good condition of this complex. The results of the research show that in the planning, construction and implementation of Mehr housing complexes, quantitative and project aspects have surpassed its quality. Therefore, it is hoped that these shortcomings will be resolved in the national housing plan.
