تحلیل و مدلسازی جاذبه های شهرک صنعتی اردبیل- فاز2 برای مکان گزینی واحدهای صنعتی با استفاده از روش TOPSIS

چکیده
امروزه در اکثر کشورهای جهان، صنایع کوچک و متوسط از جنبه های مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی، تولید صنعتی و ارائه خدمات در حال نقش آفرینی هستند. در کشور ما با وجودی که بیش از 90 درصد واحدهای تولیدی در گروه صنایع کوچک و متوسط قرار می گیرند، بدلیل نداشتن استراتژی توسعه مبتنی بر ساختارهای موجود صنعتی و رها کردن واحدهای کوچک تولیدی به حال خود، این بنگاه ها نتوانسته اند سهم قابل توجهی در تولید ناخالص ملی و ایجاد ارزش افزوده داشته باشند. در این رابطه ایجاد و تجهیز شهرکهای صنعتی می تواند شرایط مناسب تری را برای مکان گزینی صنایع کوچک و متوسط، و مدیریت متمرکز این صنایع فراهم کند. در مقاله حاضر جاذبه های شهرک صنعتی اردبیل- فاز2 در مکان گزینی واحدهای صنعتی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. این تحقیق بر مبنای هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- تحلیلی است که جاذبه های شهرک را در 20 معیار مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. در حصول به سرجمع تناسب شهرک صنعتی اردبیل- فاز2 در مکان گزینی واحدهای صنعتی سعی شده است اطلاعات جمع آوری شده در چهارچوب تکنیک TOPSIS، بارگذاری شود. در برایند استفاده از تکنیک فوق ؛ امتیاز 49/0 در رابطه با جاذبه های شهر به لحاظ سرجمع معیارهای مورد بررسی بدست آمد . این وضعیت می تواندگویای وجود پاشنه آشیلهای متعدد در زمینه جذب واحدهای صنعتی در این شهرک باشد.Analysis and modeling attractions in Ardabil - Phase 2 Industrial park for the location of Industrial Town using TOPSIS method
Today, in most countries, small and medium industries are acting in the various aspects of economic and social interests, industrial production and services provision. Although more than 90 percent of our production units are belong to small and medium industries , Due to the lack of Strategic Development based on existing industrial infrastructures and abandoning small production units in their status, the firm failed to make a significant contribution to GDP and creating value added . In this respect, building and equipping industrial parks can provide more appropriate conditions for locating small and medium industries, and centralized management of these industries. In this article, attractions in Ardabil - Phase 2 Industrial park for the location of Industrial Town has been analyzed. This research is applied research in terms of Target and Descriptive research in terms of nature that study attractions of the industrial park's attractions by 20 criteria. In order to achieve total fitness of Ardabil - Phase 2 Industrial park for location of Industrial Town in terms of investigated criteria using TOPSIS method. In consequence of using above techniques, industrial park score was 0/49 in relation to the total number of investigated criteria. It shows that industrial park has some considerable for locating Industrial Town .
