تحلیل SWOT و موقعیت یابی راهبردی کتابخانه ملی ج.ا.ا در قالب «بازاریابی: محصول» (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف: هدف، تحلیل راهبردی وضع کنونی کتابخانه ملی ج.ا.ا در قالب «بازاریابی - محصول» و ارائه راهبردهای پیشنهادی مبتنی بر ماتریس swot است. روش: در ابتدا با استفاده از مصاحبه با 13 نفر از کارمندان متخصص کتابخانه و کاربرد روش تحلیل محتوا، مؤلفه های SWOT استخراج شدند. سپس با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه و رتبه بندی مؤلفه ها و با استفاده از ماتریس ارزیابی موقعیت راهبردی، وضعیت کتابخانه ملی ج.ا.ا در مقوله محصول، تعیین و راهبردهای SO، ST، WO، و WT ارائه شده اند. یافته ها: موقعیت راهبردی کتابخانه ملی ج.ا.ا در مقوله محصول، تهاجمی است. برخی راهبردهای پیشنهادی عبارتند از: بهینه سازی فضای آموزشی کتابخانه، بهینه سازی قدرت محتوایی، خدماتی، رقومی و نوع دسترسی، تقویت قابلیت های کیفی خدمات، استفاده مطلوب تر از فرصت های تعاملی و قانونی، تقویت قابلیت های پردازش، تقویت قابلیت های انتشاراتی، استفاده از شیوه های مجموعه سازی متنوع، استفاده از کمپین های بازاریابی، حرکت در مسیر آموزش کتابخانه های دیگر، استفاده از فیلترهای منطقی تر به منظور تشخیص پژوهشگران، همکاری و فعالیت مشترک آرشیو و کتابخانه ملی ج.ا.ا و استفاده از نیروهای بیشتر و ماهرتر برای ارائه خدمات. اصالت: این پژوهش سبب مرور مجدد فلسفه وجودی کتابخانه ملی ج.ا.ا و شفاف شدن نقش متمایز آن در ساختار پژوهشی کشور می شود.SWOT analysis and strategic positioning of the National Library of IRI in the frame of 'marketing: production'
Purpose: The purpose is strategic analysis of the current state of the National Library in "marketing - production" framework that would result in presentation of the proposed strategies based on swot matrix. Methodology: At first, by applying content analysis on interviews with 13 library specialist employees, the swot elements was extracted. Then, by using questionnaire and ranking elements, and also by using matrix of strategic position evaluation, library's strategic position in the field of production is determined and SO, ST, WO, and WT strategies is provided. Finding: Library's strategic position in the category of the production is offensive. Some of proposed strategies include: optimizing the training space of library, optimizing the power of content, services, digitization and access, Strengthening qualitative capabilities of services, better using of interactive and legal opportunities, strengthening processing Capabilities, Strengthening publish capabilities, using different methods of collection development, using marketing campaigns, moving to educating other libraries, using more logical filters to identify researchers, developing cooperation and joint activities between Archives and the National Library, and using more and more sophisticated resources to provide services. Originality: This research reviews the philosophy of existence of National Library and Clarify its distinct role in research structure in the country.
