چکیده
دین مقدس اسلام، احکام خاصی برای زن حائض بیان کرده است بنابراین باید سنّ شروع حیض (عادت ماهانه) در دختران مشخص شود تا از آن سنّ، احکام خاص را مترتب کنند. دیدگاه برگزیده در این تحقیق این است که سنّ شروع حیض، 9 سالگی است. اگر چه با نظر إجمالی و سطحی به اقوال فقهاء مشخص می شود که در مورد سنّ شروع حیض در بین علماء شیعه دو دیدگاه وجود دارد: دیدگاه اول: سنّ شروع حیض، 9 سالگی است دیدگاه دوم: سنّ شروع حیض، همان سنّ بلوغ است ولی با نظر دقیق، ثابت خواهد شد که برگشت دیدگاه دوم به دیدگاه اول است در نتیجه می-توان گفت همه علمای شیعه دیدگاه واحد دارند یعنی همه قائل هستند که سنّ شروع حیض، 9 سالگی است.سه دلیل بر این دیدگاه(سنّ شروع حیض، 9 سالگی است) إقامه شده است:روایات، إجماع و دلیل خارجی. همچنین حکم خونی که قبل از 9 سالگی خارج می شود مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد و به این نتیجه می رسیم که سنّ شروع حیض در دختران طبق رویات مطرح شده همان سن 9 سالگی است.The age of onset of menstruation in girls from the perspective of Imami jurisprudence

The selected point of view in this research is that the age of onset of menstruation is 9 years old. Although a cursory and superficial look at the sayings of the jurists shows that there are two views about the age of the onset of menstruation among Shia scholars: the first view: the age of the onset of menstruation is 9 years old, the second view: the age of the onset of menstruation is the age of puberty, but With a close look, it will be proven that the second view is the return to the first view. As a result, it can be said that all Shiite scholars have a single view, that is, they all agree that the age of the onset of menstruation is 9 years old. There are three reasons for this view (the age of the onset of menstruation, is 9 years old) established: narrations, consensus and external reason. Also, the verdict of blood that comes out before the age of 9 is examined, and we come to the conclusion that the age of the onset of menstruation in girls is the same as the age of 9, according to the mentioned dreams.
