چکیده
با توجه به چالش هایی که فراروی علوم انسانی و اجتماعی در ایران، هم چون برچسب ناکارآمدی و نامتناسب بودن مطرح است، تحلیل و شناخت آن ها مستلزم مسئله شناسی این علوم است. خوشبختانه بررسی ها و پژوهش های متنوعی درباره عوامل و دلایل وضعیت کنونی علوم اجتماعی در دانشگاه ها و مسائل آموزش عالی در ایران انجام شده است. نظر به اهمیت چالش فراروی علوم اجتماعی این مقاله سعی دارد به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با رویکرد معرفت شناختی، چارچوبی نظری برای چالش ناکارآمدی علوم اجتماعی در ایران ارائه کند. با بررسی عمده ترین چالش های این علوم از دیدگاه مردم، دانشگاهیان و مدیران و استخراج مضمون های اصلی، سه فرضیه به عنوان دلایل این چالش ها بررسی و تحلیل می شود. فرضیه نخست بر کاربست نادرست نظریه های و آموزه های علوم انسانی و اجتماعی از سوی نخبگان دلالت دارد. فرضیه دوم از انتخاب و اقتباس نامتناسب مکاتب علمی از جهان غرب حکایت می کند. و فرضیه سوم بر تفاوت اساسی متافیزیک و پیش فرض های علوم جدید -که خاستگاه آن تمدن غربی است- با فرهنگ و تمدن ایرانی و اسلامی تأکید دارد. این فرضیه ها تحلیلی معرفت شناختی برای چالش ناکارآمدی علوم اجتماعی در ایران فراهم می آورد.An Epistemological Analysis of the Challenge of Social Sciences' Deficiency in Iran
With regards to the inefficiencies and uncompromising situations within the humanities and social sciences field in Iran, the challenge of problematizing these sciences is inevitable. So far, numerous research analyzing humanities and social sciences’ problems in the Iranian academic system have been published. Considering the important role of humanities and social sciences in the modern Iranian society, we attempt to suggest a theoretical framework for the problematization of humanities and social sciences in Iran. The exploration of the main challenges facing humanities and social sciences in Iran from the community, academy and administration point of view, sparks three hypotheses. First, humanities and social sciences’ theories and teachings are not applied accurately. Second, the humanities and social sciences’ schools of thought are not chosen properly according to Iranian circumstances. And third, there are metaphysical differences between axioms and presupposition of humanities and social sciences having western origins and those with Islamic-Iranian culture.
