بررسی رابطه دوره تصدی حسابرس و نوسان پذیری بازده سهام

چکیده
نخستین گام در سنجش عملکرد یک واحد تجاری، محاسبه بازدهی به دست آمده با توجه به اهداف از قبل تعیین شده برای آن می باشد. از آنجایی که افزایش ثروت سهامداران به عنوان هدف اصلی واحدهای تجاری مطرح گردیده است، لذا یک واحد تجاری باید به گونه ای عمل کند که با کسب بازده مناسب ثروت سهامداران را افزایش دهد. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه دوره تصدی حسابرس و نوسان پذیری بازده سهام است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران و نمونه مورد مطالعه، شامل 140 شرکت پذیرفته شده طی سال های 1396 تا 1400 است. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نظر ارتباط بین متغیرها علی است و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. برای پردازش و آزمون فرضیه ها از روش رگرسیونی و داده های تابلویی و همچنین مدل اثرات ثابت استفاده شده است. نتایج به دست آمده حاصل از تجزیه وتحلیل فرضیه ها نشان داد که دوره تصدی حسابرس با نوسان پذیری بازده سهام رابطه منفی و معناداری دارد.Examining the relationship between auditor tenure and volatility of stock returns
The first step in measuring the performance of a commercial unit is to calculate the efficiency achieved according to the goals set for it. Since the increase of shareholders' wealth has been proposed as the main goal of commercial units, therefore, a commercial unit should act in such a way as to increase the shareholders' wealth by obtaining appropriate returns. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the auditor's tenure and the volatility of stock returns. The statistical population of the research companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange and the studied sample includes 140 admitted companies during the years 2016 to 2016. The research method is descriptive and causal in terms of the relationship between the variables, and it is practical in terms of the goal. The regression method and panel data as well as the fixed effects model were used to process and test the hypotheses. The results obtained from the analysis of the hypotheses showed that the tenure of the auditor has a negative and significant relationship with the volatility of stock returns.
