چکیده
پدیده توسعه نظامی و حفظ و تقویت صلح جهانی از اهمیت چشمگیری در سیاست بین الملل برخوردار است. جوامع بین المللی در دستیابی به صلح جهانی تلاش های بسیاری را انجام داده اند؛ اما میزان موفقیت و عملکرد دولت ها و سازمان های بین المللی در این زمینه نمایانگر تفاوت های قابل توجهی است. رویکرد آمریکا و اتحادیه اروپا به توسعه های نظامی و صلح جهانی نیز از جمله این تفاوت ها می باشد. رویکرد این دو بازیگر نسبت به موضوع توسعه نظامی و صلح جهانی بطورکلی دارای دیدگاه ها و فرآیندهای مختلفی است که این سیاست بطور قابل توجهی در طول سالیان گذشته و براساس فهم سیاستمداران از شرایط بین الملل دچار تغییراتی نیز شده است. مقاله حاضر با هدف مقایسه و بررسی دو رویکرد مختلف آمریکا و اتحادیه اروپا در قبال توسعه های نظامی و صلح جهانی به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و با استناد به شیوه کتابخانه ای به بررسی ابعاد مختلف نقش و تأثیر این دو بازیگر بر آنها پرداخته و تفاوت ها و تطابق ها را تجزیه و تحلیل می کند. مقاله پیش رو به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که چه تفاوت هایی در رویکرد آمریکا و اتحادیه اروپا در موضوع توسعه نظامی و صلح جهانی وجود دارد؟ با استناد به تاریخچه تلاش های هر دو در زمینه توسعه نظامی و صلح جهانی، بطورکلی رویکردهای آمریکا به تلاش برای حفظ برتری نظامی و هژمونی در سطح جهان، در حالیکه اتحادیه اروپا تأکید بر صلح و تنظیم روابط بین المللی دارند.Comparison of US and EU Approaches to Military Development and World Peace

The approach of the United States and the European Union to military developments and world peace is also one of these differences. The approach of these two actors towards the issue of military development and world peace in general has different views and processes, and this policy has undergone significant changes over the past years based on the politicians' understanding of international conditions. The present article aims to compare and examine the two different approaches of the United States and the European Union towards military developments and world peace in a descriptive-analytical way and by referring to the library method, it examines the various dimensions of the role and influence of these two actors on them and the differences and similarities. Analyzes. The upcoming article seeks to answer the question, what are the differences in the approach of the United States and the European Union in the issue of military development and world peace? Referring to the history of both efforts in the field of military development and world peace, in general, the US approaches to trying to maintain military superiority and hegemony at the world level, while the European Union emphasizes peace and regulation of international relations.
