چکیده
بیان مسئله: یکی از رسانه های پرسابقه که مفاخر، نمادها، مناسک و مکنونات ملل را به نمایش می گذارد، تمبرهای پستی است. تمبرها علاوه بر نشان اعتبار مرسوله، نشان دهنده دغدغه فرهنگی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی ملت ها نیز هست یکی از این دغدغه ها ابَربحران های اقلیمی است که سرتاسر جهان را فراگرفته و بر مبنای گزارش های علمی و پژوهشی، ادامه زندگی بسیاری از گونه های جانوری به نقطه غیرقابل بازگشت رسیده است. براین اساس از دهه های متوالی، بسیاری از کشورها و سازمان های بین المللی به موازات تلاش های علمی و عملی، از ظرفیت های کارآمدِ حوزه هنر، جهت حساسیت بخشی در سطح ملی و جهانی بهره برده اند. یکی از این ظرفیت ها، انتشار تمبرهای پستی است. این پژوهش به مقایسه تطبیقی تمبرهای پستی گونه های جانوری انتشاریافته در ایران و جهان پرداخته و در نهایت به این سؤال پاسخ خواهد داد که بازخورد موضوع جانوران در حال انقراض در تمبرهای پستی ایران در مقایسه با دیگر کشورهای جهان چگونه بوده است؟هدف: پژوهش حاضر با مطالعه موردیِ انتشار «تمبرپستی» حوزه زیست جانوری در خطر انقراض ایران، بر کار ویژه «هنرهای تجسمی» در راستای ایفایِ تعهدات ذاتی و آگاهی بخش در مقیاس داخلی و جهانی، تأکید و به مخاطبان و کارگزاران این حوزه شناخت لازم را ارائه میدهد.روش پژوهش: این پژوهش کیفی است که به شیوه توصیفی-تحلیلی «تمبرهای پستی» ۵۱ کشور جهان را با تمرکز بر هشت گونه جانوریِ در خطر انقراض که در فهرست مشترک سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست ایران و IUCN قرار دارد، با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای و داده های پایگاه های اطلاع رسانی، در چارچوب جداول ۸گانه تصویری، بررسی نموده است.یافته ها: در پژوهش حاضر، مشخص گردید که ایران با وجود برخورداری از پیشینه کهن در حوزه هنرهای تصویری و ازجمله پیشگامی در انتشار تمبرهای پستی، در استفاده هوشمندانه از این ظرفیت هنری و فرهنگی در راستای اثرگذاری بر مردم و حاکمیت، برای حفاظت اثربخش از گونه های طبیعی، از بُعد کمی و نیز دامنه انتشار تمبرهای پستیِ گونه های جانوری، جایگاه شایسته ای ندارد. چنانکه در حد فاصل سال های۱۳۲۰ تا ۱۴۰۰ ه.ش فقط سه تمبر با موضوع گونه های جانوری در خطر انقراض ایران منتشر شده است.Comparative Study of Postage Stamps with the Theme of Endangered Animal Species in Iran and the World, Based on the IUCN List (Case Study: Eight Animal Species)
Problem Definition: One of the long-standing media that displays the pride, symbols, and rituals of nations is postage stamps, which, in addition to prestige, also show the cultural, economic, and social concerns of nations. One of these concerns is the climate crisis that has surrounded the whole world and based on scientific and research reports, the continuation of life of many animal species has reached the point of no return. Therefore, for decades, many countries and international organizations, along with scientific and practical efforts, have benefited from the efficient capacities of the art field to raise awareness at the national and global levels. One of these capacities is the publication of postage stamps. This research compares the postage stamps of animal species issued in Iran and the world, and finally, it will answer the following question: “How was the feedback on the issue of endangered animals in the postage stamps of Iran compared to other countries in the world?”Objective: The present research, with a case study of the publication of «postage stamps» for Iran's endangered animals, emphasizes the special work of «visual arts» to fulfill its intrinsic and awareness-raising obligations on a national and global scale, and provides the necessary knowledge to the audience and agents of this field.Research Method: This research is qualitative, and using a descriptive-analytical method, it examines «postage stamps» of 51 countries in the world, focusing on eight species of endangered animals that are on the common list of Iran's Environmental Protection Organization and IUCN. This study is conducted using library resources and information databases in the framework of 8 visual tables.Results: It was found that despite having an ancient history in visual arts, including being a pioneer in the publication of postage stamps, Iran does not have a proper place in the intelligent use of this artistic and cultural capacity to influence the people and the government, for the effective protection of natural species, from the quantitative dimension as well as the scope of publication of postage stamps of animal species.
