شناسایی و اولویت بندی مؤلفه های اخلاق حرفه ای مدیران براساس نهج البلاغه (مطالعه موردی: سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان آذربایجان شرقی)

چکیده
در منابع دین اسلام به خصوص قرآن و نهج البلاغه به همه بایدها و نبایدها و الزامات زندگی فردی و اجتماعی انسان پرداخته شده است. اصول و بسترهای اخلاق حرفه ای نیز که بحث نسبتاً جدیدی در مشاغل، ادارات و سازمان ها می باشد حدود 1400 سال پیش توسط دین اسلام مورد توجه قرار گرفته است و می توان با رجوع به منابع اسلامی پاسخ های تخصصی و کارشناسی برای مسایل مرتبط با اخلاق حرفه ای به دست آورد. نامه ی امیرالمؤمنین علی (ع) به مالک اشتر فرماندار مصر، از بارزترین مصادیق مؤلفه های اخلاق حرفه ای مدیران و کارگزاران حکومتی در منابع اسلامی می باشد که در آن ویژگی های اساسی یک مدیر و کارگزار حکومتی بیان گردیده است. هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی و اولویت بندی مؤلفه های اخلاق حرفه ای مدیران از دیدگاه حضرت علی (ع) می باشد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات در این تحقیق مصاحبه و پرسش نامه ی محقق ساخته است که سؤال های پرسش نامه پس از مطالعه و مرور ادبیات موضوع و استخراج مؤلفه های اخلاق حرفه ای از کتاب شریف نهج البلاغه که شامل خطبه ها، نامه ها و حکمت های امیرالمؤمنین (ع) تنظیم و برای نظریه آزمایی؛ سوال های پرسش نامه پس از سنجش روایی و پایایی آن، بین نمونه آماری توزیع شد. اطلاعات حاصل از پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی مورد طبقه بندی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل نشان می دهد که مؤلفه ی «تأمین مالی کارکنان» اخلاق حرفه ای بیشترین اهمیت و مؤلفه ی «شایسته سالاری و اهلیت گرایی» اخلاق حرفه ای کمترین اهمیت را نسبت به سایر مؤلفه ای 25 گانه اخلاق حرفه ای را داردIdentification and Prioritization of the Professional Ethics of Managers Based Nahj Al-Balagha (Case Study: Social Security Organization of East Azerbaijan Province)
In the Islamic sources, especially, the Quran and Nahj al-Balagha all the dos and don'ts and requirements of personal and social life is considered. Substrate principles and professional ethics, which is a relatively new issue in businesses, agencies and organizations had been noticed by Islam about 1,400 years ago and issues relating to professional ethics could be answered by referring to the Islamic sources. The letter of Imam Ali (AS) to Malek, governor of Egypt, is one of the most well-known sources for the professional ethics that states the basic features of a governmental administrators and managers. The aim of the research is to identify and prioritize the professional ethics of executives from the viewpoint of Imam Ali (AS). The data collected through interviews and questionnaire developed by the researchers. After the literature being reviewed, professional ethics extracted from the Nahj al-Balagha, which includes sermons, letters and wisdom of Imam Ali (AS). The validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the sample was distributed. Then, after checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it was distributed. Information obtained from the questionnaires using descriptive and inferential statistical methods were classified and analyzed. The results showed that the most important component belongs to "financing of employees' and " merit and qualification-oriented "obtained the lowest priority among the 25 components.
