چکیده
عموم مردم و بخصوص بیماران از مشتریان همیشگی حوزه دارو و درمان هستند؛ متصدّیان و دست اندرکاران این حوزه اعمّ از جامعه پزشکی و تاجران اقلام مختلف دارویی و وسایل پزشکی، مانند دیگر افراد ممکن است با انجام رفتارهای پرخطر موجب بزه دیدگی اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی متعدّدی شوند. بزه دیده شناسی اولیّه و ثانویّه نیز بر آن است ضمن شناسایی بزه دیدگان این حوزه، با تبیین راهکارهایی بسترهای کمک رسانی و بهبود وضعیّت آنها را فراهم آورد؛ واضح و مبرهن است که هرگونه اقدام درگرو شناسایی طیف های گوناگون بزه دیدگان و انواع صدمات وارده بر آنهاست. شناخت بزه دیدگان قاچاق دارو و تبیین خلأ های حمایتی از آنها رسالت پژوهش حاضر بوده است. در نتیجه این پژوهش که به روش تحلیلی توصیفی انجام شده است می توان گفت هرچند بسیاری از افراد، قاچاق دارو و - به طور کلّی تر - قاچاق هر نوع کالا را ازجمله جرائم بدون بزه دیده محسوب می کنند اما دولت، اقتصاد، تولیدکنندگان دارو، مصرف کنندگان و کنشگران و متولّیان مبارزه با قاچاق دارو ازجمله مهم ترین بزه دیده ها در این حوزه هستند.Victims of Medication trafficking

The primary and secondary victimology also intends to identify the victims in this field, by providing solutions to provide assistance platforms and improve their situation; It is clear that any action depends on identifying the various spectrums of victims and the types of injuries inflicted on them. The mission of the present study has been to identify the victims of Medication trafficking and to explain the support gaps for them. As a result of this descriptive study, it can be said that although many people consider drug trafficking and smuggling of any kind of goods as crimes without a victim, but the government, economy, drug manufacturers, consumers and activists and those in charge of combating Medication trafficking They are among the most important victims in this field.
