چکیده
راهبرد آمریکا در برابر ایران از همان ابتدای پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی ایران، مبتنی بر محدود ساختن، منزوی کردن، تغییر رفتار و در نهایت تغییر نظام سیاسی بوده است. یکی از این راهبردها به کارگیری دیپلماسی اجبارآمیز بر علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. رهیافت مداخله جویانه آمریکا پس از ۱۱ سپتامبر ۲۰۰۱ در خاورمیانه شدت یافت و موجب امنیتی شدن منطقه و تهدید حاکمیت ملی کشورهایی همچون ایران شد. لذا جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای خنثی سازی آن به دنبال بیشینه سازی قدرت هوشمند خود در خاورمیانه است. از این رو هدف اصلی از مقاله حاضر یافتن رابطه و بررسی تاثیر دیپلماسی اجبار ایالات متحده آمریکا بر شکل گیری و تقویت قدرت هوشمند جمهوری اسلامی ایران در خاورمیانه پس از ۱۱ سپتامبر است. سوال اصلی این مقاله این است که دیپلماسی اجبارآمیز ایالات متحده آمریکا بر قدرت هوشمند جمهوری اسلامی ایران چه تاثیری داشته است؟ روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی و تحلیلی می باشد. یافته های مقاله نشان می دهد که دیپلماسی اجبار ایالات متحده آمریکا موجب شده است؛ ظرفیت های قدرت جمهوری اسلامی ایران را در قالب قدرت هوشمند در جهت خنثی سازی و کاهش فشارها و تهدیدات، فعال نموده و این کشور را به قدرت منطقه ای به دور از انزوا در خاورمیانه مبدل سازد. از جمله این ظرفیت ها می توان در حوزه قدرت هوشمند به تقویت قدرت موشکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، الهام بخشی به جنبش های بیداری اسلامی در منطقه، محور مقاومت به عنوان راهبرد ضد مهار، نقش و اثرگذاری سردار سلیمانی اشاره کرد.the Impact of US Coercive Diplomacy on the Smart Power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Middle East (2020-2001)
America's strategy against Iran has been based on changing the political system since the beginning of the victory of the Iranian Islamic Revolution. The main goal of this article is to find the examine the impact of the coercive diplomacy of the United States of America on the formation of the smart power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Middle East. It is from September 11.The main question of this article is what effect has the coercive diplomacy of the United States of America had on the smart power of Iran? The research method is descriptive and analytical. The findings of the article show that coercive diplomacy of the United States of America has caused; Activate the power capacities of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the form of smart power to and threats and turn this into a regional power far from isolation in the Middle East. Among these capacities, in the field of smart power, it can be mentioned to inspire the Islamic awakening movements in the region, the axis of resistance as an anti-containment strategy, the role and effectiveness of General Soleimani.
