چکیده
هدف: ادبیات مربوط به بررسی نوآوری های نظامی عموما متمرکز بر تشریح جنبه های سخت و فناورانه شده اند. این تمرکز باعث شده است که از جنبه های نرم و مدیریتی در این حوزه ها غفلت شود. سپاه قدس که ماموریت های فرامرزی سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی را بر عهده دارد، توانسته است در دوره فرماندهی قاسم سلیمانی، با تمرکز بر جنبه های مدیریتی و مستشاری، بسیار بیشتر از جنبه های سخت و فناورانه به پیروزی جبهه مقاومت کمک کند. چنین رویکردی موجب شده است که هزینه های جنگ های گران برای ایران و کشورهای اسلامی بشدت کاهش یابد. همچنین اتحاد را در جهان اسلام ایجاد کرده است. روش شناسی: این پژوهش، با روش تحلیل مضمون انعکاسی انجام گردید. دلالت ها از جامعه هدف مشخصی که اظهارات منتشر شده از سران جبهه مقاومت یا سران جبهه استکبار در موضوع نوآوری های نرم و مدیریتی قاسم سلیمانی است، استخراج شد. یافته ها: نوآوری های نظامی نهادی و مدیریتی سردار قاسم سلیمانی عامل موثر بر تالیف قلوب و ایجاد اتحاد در منطقه خاورمیانه بوده است. ایجاد شان و جایگاه برای مرجعیت شیعه به عنوان متولی دین و سیاست اسلامی در عراق و لبنان اساسی ترین نوآوری نظامی نهادی وی شناسایی شد. انتقال مفهوم بسیج برای مردمی سازی جنگ و کاستن از مخاطرات ناشی از کمبود انگیزه در دولتمردان و انتقال عملی تصمیم گیری به مردم در حوزه جنگ از دیگر نوآوری های مذکور است. نهایتا مشخص شد که ایجاد ائتلاف برای بهره گیری از توان غیر مسلمینِ همراه، علیه جبهه استکبار یکی دیگراز مهم ترین و تاثیرگذارترین نوآوری های نظامی مدیریتی سپهبد سلیمانی در سال های اخیر است.Examining Sardar Soleimani's military management innovations in the resistance front
Objective: The literature related to the review of military innovations are generally focused on describing the hard and technological aspects. This focus has caused the neglect of soft and managerial aspects in these areas. The Quds Force, which is responsible for the cross-border missions of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, has been able to contribute to the victory of the resistance front by focusing on managerial and advisory aspects during the period of Soleimani's command, much more than on hard and technological aspects. Methodology: This research was conducted with the method of reflective theme analysis. The implications were extracted from the specific target community, which is the statements published by the leaders of the resistance front or the leaders of the arrogant front on the subject of Soleimani's soft and managerial innovations. Findings: General Soleimani's military, institutional and managerial innovations have been an effective factor in creating unity in the Middle East region. The establishment of dignity and position for the Shia authority as the guardian of Islamic religion and politics in Iraq and Lebanon was identified as his most fundamental institutional military innovation. Transferring the concept of mobilization to popularize war and reduce the risks caused by the lack of motivation in statesmen are among the other innovations mentioned. Finally, it became clear that creating a coalition to take advantage of the power of non-Muslims, against the arrogance front, is one of the most important and effective military innovations of Lieutenant General Soleimani's management in recent years.
