چکیده
هنر اسلامی، هنری برخاسته از انگاره های مختلف بومی، دینی و تاریخی در سرزمین های اسلامی است. در این میان، فرهنگ و قواعد اسلامی عصاره اصلی ترسیم کننده هنر اسلامی در عرصه های مختلف است. نکته ای که در این میان قابل توجه است پیدایش شاخه های مختلف مذهبی در دین اسلام است که این سؤال را در ذهن ایجاد می کنند که این فرق مذهبی چه رویکردی نسبت به هنر اسلامی و مختصات آن داشته اند. در این میان فقه امامیه به عنوان مبانی فکری و عملی شیعه مذهبان به عنوان یکی از بزرگ ترین فرق اسلامی قابل بررسی است. صاحب جواهر و صاحب مسالک به عنوان یکی از منابع فقه امامی قابل توجه است، بنابراین می توان به بررسی رویکرد آن به هنر پرداخت. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و باتکیه بر داده های منابع کتابخانه ای به رشته تحریر درآمده است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که فقه امامیه رویکردی مناسب نسبت به هنر اسلامی دارد و در صورت پیدایش ابتذال در فضای هنر، قواعد سخت گیرانه ای را تعیین کرده است. اهداف پژوهش: واکاوی مقوله هنر اسلامی در فقه امامیه. بررسی هنر اسلامی از دیدگاه صاحب مسالک و صاحب جواهر. سؤالات پژوهش: هنر اسلامی چه جایگاهی در فقه امامیه دارد؟ صاحب مسالک و صاحب جواهر چه دیدگاهی نسبت به هنر اسلامی دارد؟The position of jurisprudence in Islamic art with emphasis on the perspective of the owner of jewelry and business owners
