چکیده
امنیت منطقه ای که از جمله مفاهیم محوری مکتب کپنهاگ و مورد تاکید باری بوزان و الی ویور را تشکیل می دهد، مجاورت و وابستگی متقابل امنیتی در خوشه های منطقه ای را بسیار حائز اهمیت می پندارد. به عبارتی دیگر، به دلیل اهمیت مولفه هایی نظیر قطبش، ساختار آنارشیک، مرزها، باز بودن و ساخت اجتماعی، الگوی رفتاری مجموعه های امنیتی در مناطق مختلف و اتخاذ رویه همکاری جویانه در میان خود و مقابله با غیر بیش از پیش برجسته گردیده است. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخگویی به این سؤال است که امنیت منطقه ای چه تاثیری بر الگو های رفتاری مناطق و مجموعه های امنیتی متشکل از آن دارد؟ فرضیه تحقیق این است که امنیت منطقه ای به دلیل تاکید بر الگوی دوستی- دشمنی، بیناذهنی بودن امنیت، رژیم های امنیت، آرایش واحدها و توزیع قدرت میان آنها منجر به تنظیم رفتار بازیگران در چارچوب مجموعه های امنیتی منطقه ای می گردد. این مقاله با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و گردآوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه ای و منابع اینترنتی به بررسی تاثیر امنیت منطقه ای بر رفتارشناختی مجموعه های امنیتی مناطق پرداخته است. این مقاله به این نتیجه دست یافته است که اهمیت حفظ امنیت در سطح مناطق از سوی بازیگران و تصور آنان مبنی بر دفاع از خود بر مبنای الگوی دوستی و دشمنی و همکاری در چارچوب رژیم های امنیت منجر به شکل گیری ذهنیت و عملکرد آنان در قالب مجموعه امنیت منطقه ای گردیده است.The Effect of Regional Security on behavioral of regional Security Complexes
Regional security and security complex theory that forms the central concepts of Copenhagen school and Barry Buzan and Weaver, consider the proximity and the interdependence of security in regional clusters very important. In other words, because of the importance of components such as openness, boundaries, anarchic structure, polarity and social construction, meme of security complex in different regions and adopt a solidarity approach among themselves and contrast with others has been prominent more than before. Accordingly, this research seeks to answer this question that what is the effect of regional security and security complex theory on regions meme and its security complex? The research hypothesis is that regional security based on components of intersubjective, power-security equation, defense – security, on one hand and security complex theory based on drawing friendship- enemy pattern, the importance of security regulations, make-up units and the distribution of power among them, on the other hand, drawing meme of security complex in regions. This paper based on descriptive and analytical methods and collecting information from library and Internet resources has checked the concept of regional security and based on the impact of these concepts on regions meme has achieved this result that the importance of security Protection in the Regions from actors and their imagination for self-defense on the basis of friendship and enmity and collaboration in terms of security regimes and finally the formation of mentality and their performance in term of security complex, leads to the application of these concepts.
