چکیده
پس از وقوع انقلاب های عربی یکی از مباحث مهم در مطالعات خاورمیانه، تحلیل موضوعی و تجربی این تحول شگرف از رهگذر نظریه ها است. چگونه با رویکردی جدید ودر قالب نظریه پسااستعمارگرایی یا رویکرد سعیدی (ادوارد سعید) می توان تحولات سال 2011 و 2012 جهان عرب را مطالعه کرد؟ درواقع با خیزش های مردمی سال های 2010 و2011 در جهان عرب و رخداد انقلاب های عربی، سیمای جدیدی از آرایش قدرت، حکومت و نیروهای اجتماعی و سیاسی در منطقه عربی ترسیم شده است. به تبع این مفصل بندی جدید، تأثیری مستقیم بر ارائه وشکل نوینی از نظم و امنیت منطقه ای را در پی خواهد داشت؛ بنابراین این نوشتار نیز از همین زاویه تأثیر انقلاب های عربی را بر نظم های جدید منطقه خاورمیانه، به ویژه بر نظم امنیت انتقادی مطالعه می کند.Edward said, the Arab Revolutions and the question of Critical Security in the Middle East
