نقد دیدگاه ترکی البنعلی در تکفیر «مستشفع بالوسائط» (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
ترکی البنعلی (1984-2017م) از مشهورترین مفتیان گروه تروریستی داعش است. وی سخنرانی ها و آثار متعددی در راستای دینی جلوه دادن داعش و جنایات آن ها دارد که از جمله آن ها شرح کتاب «نواقض الاسلام العشره» محمد بن عبدالوهاب است. دومین مورد از این نواقض ده گانه، «استشفاع بالوسائط» یعنی واسطه قرار دادن صالحان از اموات میان خود و خدا برای بیان خواسته ها است که از نظر بنعلی موجب صدور حکم فقهی تکفیر و خروج از اسلام می شود. مسئله این مقاله، بررسی و نقد دیدگاه بنعلی با روش «توصیف و تحلیل» است. بنعلی برخی آیات و روایات را که دلالت بر طلب دعا از خدا یا دلالت بر توسل صحابه به غیر پیامبر (ص) پس از وفات آن حضرت دارند را به عنوان شاهد ادعای خود ذکر می کند که این مقاله در مقام نقد برداشت های بنعلی از آیات و روایات مذکور، ابتدا پاسخ هایی را به صورت حلی بیان کرده و اشکالات دیدگاه بنعلی از جمله خلط میان معنای توسل با دعا و تمام نبودن دلالتِ توسلِ عمر به عباس بر مراد بنعلی را مطرح کرده است؛ سپس تعارض و تناقض دیدگاه بنعلی با آیات قرآن، روایات نبوی، و سیره صحابه و علماء اهل سنت و اقوال آن ها را روشن ساخته است؛ و در انتها با بررسی نوع نگاه وهابیت به دو مسئله علیت و توحید افعالی ، که با انکار نظام علیت ، تمام افعال را منتسب به خدا می کنند، منشأ نفی توسل از جانب بنعلی را همین نگاه هستی شناسانه او معرفی می کند.Criticizing Turki al-Binali's View on the Takfir of the Recourser
Turki al-Binali (1984-2017) is one of the most famous muftis of the terrorist group ISIL. He has given numerous lectures and works on the religious manifestation of ISIL and their crimes, including the description of the book "Naqaq al-Islam al-Ashra" by Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab. The second case of these ten contradictions is "Recourse" means that the righteous mediate between the dead and themselves to express their desires, which according to Banali leads to the issuance of the jurisprudential ruling of Takfir and departure from Islam. The purpose of this article is to review and critique Binali's point of view by the method of "description and analysis".Binali cites some verses and narrations that indicate asking for prayer from God or implying the companions appealing to non-Prophet (PBUH) after the death of that Imam as evidence for his claim that this article is a critique of Banali interpretations of verses and narrations. It first states the answers in a solution, Then, the conflict and contradiction of Binali's view with the verses of the Qur'an, the prophetic narrations, and the biography of the Sunni companions and scholars and their sayings has been clarified.
