چکیده
ضرورت خبر در طول تاریخ آنچنان بوده که از آن به عنوان ابزای برای ترغیب، تهییج و بسیج افکار عمومی استفاده می شده است. برخی از برنامه های خبری، همواره از هنجارهای قاعده مند برای بسط و گسترش ارزش ها یا حتی شکل دهی به آنها استفاده می کنند؛ اما برخی دیگر، با هدف حفظ منافع خود، اخبار نادرست و گمراه کننده را در جامعه نشر می دهند. از سوی دیگر، افزایش حجم و سرعت مبادله اطلاعات و اخبار در جهت حفظ انسجام اجتماعی باعث شد که نوع و روش انتقال اطلاعات و اخبار نیز متغیر شود؛ از این رو، شناخت قواعد در درک، فهم و تنظیم خبر به خبرنگار کمک می کند و می تواند در قالب معیارهایی برای مقایسه، ارزش گذاری و گزینش رویدادهای روز مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر، با روش اسنادی و نیز رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی و با بهره گیری از منابع کتابخانه ای، به بررسی شاخص های کاربردی قاعده عدالت در خبررسانی از منظر حقوق مخاطب پرداخته است.Application of the Rule of Justice in News Reporting from the Perspective of Audience Rights
The necessity of news throughout history has been such that it was used as a tool for persuading, stimulating and mobilizing public opinion. Some news programs constantly use regular norms to expand and even shape values. But some others spread false and misleading news in the society in order to protect their interests. On the other hand, the increase in the volume and speed of information and news exchange in order to maintain social cohesion caused the type and method of information and news transmission to change. Therefore, knowing the rules helps the reporter to understand and adjust the news and it can also be used in the form of criteria for comparing, evaluating and selecting the events of the day. In this study, the author examines the practical indicators of the rule of justice in news reporting with the use of library resources, using documentary methodology and a descriptive-analytical approach, from the perspective of the audience's rights.
