بررسی نقش عملکرد مالی شرکت و شاخص های آن در تغییر مدیر عامل در ساختار شرکت های ایرانی از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. این مهم، علاوه بر تعیین اهمیت عملکرد مالی مدیر عامل در ابقا وی در قیاس با سایر عوامل مانند قدرت و سیاست های سازمانی، می تواند منجر به شناسایی نقاط ضعف و توسعه دستورالعمل ها و رهنمودهایی برای بهبود سیستم حاکمیت شرکتی در شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، شود. در این پژوهش، با در نظر گرفتن عوامل و شاخص های مالی شرکت ها، ارتباط بین این شاخص ها و تغییر مدیر عامل، مورد آزمون قرار گرفت ه است. جامع ه آماری این پژوهش، مشتمل بر کلیه شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بوده و به منظور انجام تجزیه و تحلیل های آماری، از تکنیک رگرسیون لوجیت استفاده شده است. یافته های این مطالعه، حاکی از آن است که شاخص های مالی شرکت ها رابطه معکوس معنی داری با احتمال تغییر مدیر عامل در این شرکت ها دارد. براساس شاخص نایجل کرک در رگرسیون لوجیت عملکرد مالی در حدود 10 درصد و سایر عوامل بیش از 90 درصد تغییرات مدیر عامل در شرکت های مورد بررسی را تبیین نموده است.
Abstract
Examination of the role of company's financial performance and its indicators of CEO turnover in the -structure of Iranian companies is particular important. It is also important to determine the financial performance of the CEO in his/her survival compared with other factors such as organizational power and politics, that can lead to the recognition of weaknesses and develop procedures and guidelines for improved corporate governance of listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. In this study, by consideration factors and financial indicators, the relationship between these indicators and the CEO turnover has been tested. The population of this study consisted of all listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange and logistic regression techniques were used to perform statistical analysis. The findings of this study suggest that the financial indicators show a significant inverse relationship with the probability of CEO turnover of the company. Financial performance has been explained approximately 10% and other factors almost over than 90% of CEOs turnover in surveyed companies, based on Nagelkerke’s R Square in logistic regression.
